About Me

I began this practice for you. We may not know each other yet, but I believe in your strength. Over the past five years, I have accompanied many people on their healing journeys. Doing so sharpened my belief in the resilience of the human spirit. I came to understand that with the right support and tools, it’s possible to not only heal, but to thrive. Most importantly, I learned that everyone’s journey is unique, and that true transformation occurs when you embrace your own vulnerabilities, and allow yourself to outgrow past limitations. My mission is to guide you on that journey, and to ensure you don’t have to walk alone.

Professionally, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the lead therapist at a domestic violence center, where I provided trauma informed therapy to survivors. My work centered around helping clients reclaim their sense of self, enforce boundaries, and heal from the effects of trauma. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work. I am a LCSW in Pennsylvania. I am also trained in EMDR. My passion lies in helping clients to become empowered.

I am here not only as a therapist, but also as a fellow human, ready to walk alongside you on your journey.
