What You Can Expect In Session

Your individual therapy session is a confidential, one-on-one meeting with a therapist. The purpose is to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, you’ll work on understanding and addressing personal challenges, developing coping strategies, and setting goals for your well-being. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, providing a safe space to express yourself, gain insights, and make positive changes in your life.

Cigna and Optum plans are accepted at this time. Superbills can also be provided for reimbursement with some PPO plans.
